Over the course of creating and administering the many business ventures that Eric Nemoto (photo left) has come to create over the years – Yellow Brick Studio, All Hawaii TV, the Actors Gym, TAG – The Actors’ Group, etc. – he became proficient in the creation and distribution of promotional email marketing campaigns. So much so that he has branched out to offer his services, for a fee, to all businesses and organizations, utilizing Constant Contact, the marketing platform, primarily known for its email marketing features, that helps small businesses create and deploy email campaigns, manage customer lists, and engage with customers, which also offers social media marketing, lead generation, automation tools, and integrations with other platforms. Using his own Constant Contact account, Eric creates emails that are replete with informative text, photos, images, links, and videos. Believing that more information is better than less, Eric creates emails that tell the full story, using many different mediums, of any subject matter.

General Conditions

• There will be a $50 set-up fee to create the basic email template – which shall include the first email campaign.

• Additional email campaigns are discounted according to the payment plan and campaign frequency that the client desires.

• All prices subject to additional state sales tax.

• Emails can contain text, links, photos and/or images, and videos professionally done according to the client’s desire, who has final approval.

• Emails can be sent to the client’s list serve at periodic intervals based on the payment plan selected.

• Client supplies the emails for those persons to be sent the email campaign.

• Client supplies the the basic information to be used in creating the basic email template, which shall include a section that is consistently updated.

• Client supplies the content for the section that is regularly updated with each email campaign.

• Emails can be used by the client in any fashion they choose, e.g. website, social media, etc.

NOTE: After usage, should the client desire that the template be completely redesigned, another set-up fee of $50 shall be imposed.

Customized emails can be single or multi-paged to cover as much information necessary to adequately promote the business or organization, or announce any other type of project or work. Its contents can include numerous features such as: a) the marketing video; b) other videos; c) photos; d) informational text; e) links to websites; f) links to social media platforms; g) links to audio recordings; h) links to more videos; and i) call to actions. In short, emails can be designed to provide all the information a client desires. Examples can be viewed below.

¹The examples for Parts Of The Same Circle, Shikata Ga Nai, and Obake Neko, show that a number of embedded videos open up outside of the body frame of the email. These are a recent and isolated development. This was not the case with these emails during the original respective distribution campaigns. This occurrence is a development that appeared after these emails were sent out. Constant Contact, the email distribution company, has acknowledged this matter and has responded that it is a system error that it is working hard to correct. This problem affects only certain email campaigns previously distributed. The issue does not appear in new campaigns done from May 2025.
